The Emergency Situation Surcharge (ESS) will be applicable to all US, UK and EU Parcels ordered from the 11th of April 2022 until further notice. |

In what instances will the surcharge apply? |

An Emergency Situation Surcharge will be applicable to all US Parcels ordered from the 1st of April 2020 as a result of reduced air freight capacity until further notice. |
| An Emergency Situation Surcharge will be applicable to all UK Parcels ordered from the 1st of October 2021 as a result of driver shortages and increased fuel costs until further notice. |

An Emergency Situation Surcharge will be applicable to all EU Parcels ordered from the 11th of April 2022 as a result of increased fuel costs, driver shortages and regional conflicts until further notice. |
